These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Propab website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

User-Generated Content:
You may submit content to the Services, such as reviews or property descriptions. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Propab a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content on the Services.

The Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Propab disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Propab shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination:
We may terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause.
Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Dispute Resolution:
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Varanasi, India.
Entire Agreement:
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Propab regarding your use of the Services.
Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Changes to the Terms:
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
